I totally agree with you and i have all the documented proofs and luckily my phone had auto record call feature, hence i will wait till the 5 working days time and then do the appropriate thing. Are you guys playing with customers money and time instead killing their mental peace. Hello sir/mam its not about waiting till 31-Dec but about availability of product. I have called your customer care today at least a 10 times and i didn't get the proper answer from them. I placed order on 26th of Dec and product got out of stock on 28th of Dec. Now when i call up your customer care... they are not sure whether they will deliver my product or not and one lady said you can cancel your order if you want.. Did i waited all these days just to cancel my order and wait for 10 more days to get refund? I hope you look into this issue and help me. I hope you will revert back or arrange a call back with a person who can resolve my issue.Read More
