Do one thing. Investigate every Real Estate secretes like rules, terms and other process. Another is Investment benefits, Hope You would understand what I am trying to say. See if you find you will get lots of builders who can offer you luxury building, but tell me how can you finalize where you sho...uld go. You will confuse between this 1 or that 1. But people choose best, as i have gone through many critical conditions. I just wanted to create a positive awareness. If you see there are many branded real estate company in Pune or in whole India, well known for delaying projects and quality issue. But still they have their own good customers who speck positive fro them another part will express their grievance. So this not a solution to raise finger on developer, I did it but it was vain try. I got some good luck ad found marvel realtors, for me they are good as I receives a good service. For you and a few other they are not good as they are fail to serve you beet service as they promise. I can understand that. Now You tell me which property you buy and not getting enough response, i am just asking because I have a few good friends there who can help in this regards.Read More

I don't think this is a valid content to accused a honest builder. I am also staying in Marvel bounty. If you can search and compare with other builder and society, then you will see marvel realtors is far better then any one. People often demand and create difficulties, also for your information as... far as I attach with them they are really friendly and try to solve maximum problem as soon as possible. Also a its not good to say that a realtor should take care of street dog problem, if its a society now then where is the morality, what is the function of society people.
