Trust me. I can't get over it either. I am depressed as hell too. I have never felt so helpless in my life. I felt like I was living in anarchy. Is there anything else that we can do to spread the word and totally stop anyone even considering joining any course there.

Completely agree with Smaaditya, but there are victims every year. we have to come up with something to stop this.
