@.wamritpalsingh007 - I would not say TATA offers pathetic service for FIAT cars. Yes - I agree the Engineers in TATA service centers do not completely know about the car, but the good thing is that they are trying to improve. And they follow up with you on a problem you reported till you are satisf...ied. Last month I had a minor problem with my Punto giving a squeaking noise near the front tyres while taking turns. I have taken it to the Tejaswi Service Center and they cleaned the brake pads and returned the car to me. But that did not resolve the problem and the squeaking noise continued. After a couple of days the service center executive called me to check if the problem got resolved (which they always do after you get service/repair done with them) and expressed apologies for the problem not getting rectified. They got the appointment fixed for the car, attended to the problem again and replaced some part under warranty. After that the problem got rectified.Read More
