I have done 4600 Km in my SX4 and i get around 11 Kmpl in city and 14.5 Km in highway with the A/C's on (always on auto option). This car is really very good in highways. The brakes are too good and i have tested it in heavy rain. Once i was driving at 120 Km per hr on the Tindivanam - Chennai road ...there was cow which was trying to cross road and i applied the brakes, the car came to a 0 Kmph from 120 Kmph without any skidding. I guess this should be because of one of the safety feature which is ABS/EBD. I feel excellent control over my car at high speeds. SX4 VXI comes with Bridgestone tyres and ZXI comes with JK tyres. With regards to the milage 1) if you have the habit of clutch driving then try to avoid it as much as possible, 2) Don't drive the car in higher gear with lower RPM, Shift to 5th gear when you are above 50 Kmph. 3) Maintain a proper t...yre pressure. Hey Anu, Thanks for sharing this information. I spoke to the Maruti Delhi corporate office directly and within 20 minutes the dealer called me. He requested for change of color and the options which was readily available was perl white, red. Since the clear beige will take an another 20 days i do...nt want to wait anymore so i have decided to go for pearl white (which i decided earlier and later on changed to clear beige). Hi Manish, Ofcourse i do agree with you. I really like SX4.I have booked one after doing the test drive and reading many reviews about the car. But when the customer is not informed about the true waiting period then its very frustrating. As a Car SX4 is best but i feel dealers do contribute more.... Say for example Fiat has got very good cars but because of the poor customer care and service provided by the dealers it became a failure in India.Read More
