Mr. Siddhartha Dey is completely disowning to service products bought from the LG Factory Outlet. He is upto passing the buck to the dealer. Need to know whether someone can give me any directions to contact senior officials from LG through email.

I bought an LG DD refrigerator(GL -244 GP4) in the month of May'09 from LG factory outlet named S K Roy located at kankugachi in calcutta( kolkata).
