Puneet , first of all i am not a reliance employee i am a student of class 11th . Do you use reliance netconnect+???? I am sure you dont, because if you did you will always know it that they will never hurt your self respect. I am a student and I am not at a very high very respectable post, but stil...l whenever I go there I am always treated well. I have never found this satisfaction of net browsing before. Even I thought the same as you did before but, after I bought it I have absolutely no complains. I am sure you have never visited an actual reliance customer care centre, you might have gone to some locality shop or some other shop to buy netconnect+. Reliance absolutely provides good service and good customer care so please if you want to go in for Reliance netconnect+ please go for it never mind of these misleading reviews. No, the netconnect+ also works on the 1x network u just have to change settings for that. And if u have such a problem then better go back to the customer care centre(the same one from where u bought it)and ask them to install the device properly. When i bought it even I could not install it properl...y and it did not work properly, but after i went there they installed and changed the settings because of which the network changed to netconnect+. One more advice change ur primary D.N.S. change it to 220.226.182.82 and secondary one to 220.226.182.83 hope it helpsRead More
