This is in regard of courier number 598537083, dispatched from Agra on 22nd Jan 2011 and was due for delivery on in Pune at my residence on 25th Jan 2011. It 's 27th Jan 2011 today and I have not yet received the package I had paid for.
The company, its services and the employees have been a gre...at disappointment, I can not hope but wish that you will take some action against the pathetic customer experience you are offering to people who trust your company on transporting their valuable belongings. My list of complaints are as following:
1. Delay in delivery , in fact the package is not yet been received and chances are slim that it will be delivered ever.
2. I have been contacting their office on telephone since 25th and the first call that was entertained was at 1 PM today, which was after two days of trying.
3. The person replying the phone call lacks not only basic etiquette but mis behaves when inquired about the time of delivery.
4. The person who is supposed to deliver the package at my residence,named Amol, mis behaviored and even raised his voice when he was called to inquire about delivery time. not to miss that my call reached him at 4:30 PM after waiting for an hour and a half, when I was promised by your call center employee that it will reach me latest by 3 PM on 27th Jan.
5. On call I was told by Amol that he will not deliver the package and that he also has a pancard delivery due at the same address and he will not get it, and asked me to come to the office and collect it.
6. The tracker on your website showed ''dispatched for delivery'' on 25th Jan.
7. To add to my anguish, the package due for delivery contains some very important documents which I have to take with me for an interview failure of which can cause with lot of money and effort.
My over all experience so far has been worst than what I ever had with any logistic company.
