Hi, How is the reponse time? I mean when u shift channels is there any time lag. I have seen airtel dth where when u shift one channel to other you have to wait for 3-4 secs for the next channel to appear. That irritates me. Is there a similar problem with Videocon?

I want to know how bad it is during monsoon. Does it stops working or the signal becomes weak during rain. My friend has airtel, but it does not give any problem in the rain. Are you servicing it at the recommended intervals? Just check for a choked air filter or try to replace it with a new one. I dont know how much Km you have travelled. Initially say first 1000 km, you may not get a good mileage, since it is the burnishing phase ( to explain in simple, the mating engi...ne parts get tuned and alighned for a smoother performance in future) Hence, u are instructed to not to cross 50 Kph mark untill this. If the burnishing period is over, u can try some of these thing: Cleaning air filter, replacing it, driving at a constant speed between 40-50 kph, keep ur tyre pressures upto mark, check for free rotation of both wheels, adjust brakes if the wheels are not free, try filling petrol from a single good station, and finally wish u good luck becuase nothing in this world is constant, everything is a distribution...you may be unlucky to fall at the lower control limit and not around the mean value.Read More

Hey Honda buyers! Just to update now my bike has covered more than 15000 Km and it is into 6th service now. So far no problems. Mileage has improved to 45 Kmpl and is very consitent. Ride is as smooth as it was when I purchased. Only thing the stop lamps are not working after the 6th service, I will... check them in the next service if they have missed to connect the couplers. One thing worth mentioning is the auto start is great the vehicle starts with just one press. There is improvement in service. Earlier I used to service at Fatima Nagar in Pune, where I had a horribel experience. But now I am giving it to Yash Honda and they are good guys. No advance booking, they will accept the vehicle on same day. I recieved a phone call yesterday from Fatima Nagar service station, that they have changed and are ready to service immediately and ready to do in front of the customer in 2-3 hours. It really surprised me....! I will keep posting and updating in future.Read More

Samanda, Its your decision, if you want to buy, buy it. Its just an opinion as to I feel the looks and the build of the vehicle suits a male person more. And the vehicle is 30 cm more in height as compared to Activa. So if you are an average heighted girl, you need to lean on either sides on yo...ur toes to balance the vehicle. I think Scooty Pep is the vehicle which suits the Indian girls, the best.Read More
