The policy has a 14-day free look-in period. It is now almost one year now. I negotiated for agent discount with the citibank bullshit, but he was ready not to spare even a penny lying that he did not get any. Lodging a complaint with IRDA is not useful, because it is my fault for not knowing the... things and charges before getting into it (though the bullshit from citi should have explained it, he came in with a laptop, showed some charts, and mind-boggled)Read More
