I am not in India anymore. So your callback assistance on my Indian number is of no use. Also if you are having overwhelming customers, you must not take additional bookings or atleast when I was following up in calls, your colleagues should not have lied to me about report being sent in 24 hours wi...ndow. This is completely reckless. What would have happened if I would have missed my flight.? Would you have refunded my flight tickets? Don't think so. So do not cheat atleast. Say upfront if promises cannot me made so that in urgent cases like mine, people can do other arrangements in time. You charged me for a report which was absolutely useless if not sent in time.
