I think Letsbuy.com management and team should understand the meaning of what COMMITMENT is. As mentioned in my review, I was suppose to get cancellation email/message from Letsbuy.com saying the order is cancelled. I am yet to get that. Even I can still see the status on their site as- Dispatc...hed. It was commited to me by their executive on Wednesday, I will receive message in 24 hours. Conclusion- Commitment FAILED On Saturday- 17 sep 2011, 1:23 PM I got a call from letsbuy.com. it was an apology call from their member. He did mention that I will get a cancelation message shortly.I am yet to get that. What makes me write this comment again is this- This guy also told me that- as you have suffered due to some issues/mistakes from our side, we are offering you discount coupon code for 3000 rupees. So if you order something from Letsbuy.com again, this discount will be aplicable. He was suppose to send me this coupon code on my email id which he confirmed twice. I have not yet received any email from letbuy which he sent on Saturday itself…strange!!!!!! Conclusion- Commitment FAILED again. Update: I have not yet received cancellation email/message from these folks. I just called them- Executive name: Pawan, He said you will receive cancellation email in 24 hours... Now lets track their commitment here again...I will keep you posted
