Can anyone believe''..read this.....I received this Bajaj Majesty Rice cooker - RCX 3 (Feb 11, 2013 order)...still disputing..Indiatimes Shopping called me today (July 1, 2013) for the first time. The rep. asked me what kind of water I use. The cause of the corrosion in the product could be due to t...he water as it contains chemicals. Obviously, I use MCD supplied water, which is used by 99% of Delhi population.. I wonder if the rep is using the pure Holy Water..Isn't it funny???? Bloody excuse from IndiaTimes Shopping!!!!! All they can do is put the blame on others, they do not want to clean their own a**. Should I complain to MCD that the water supplied by them is harmful as it has huge chemical contamination???? I do not want the item..I bought it from indiatimesshopping.com , I want to return it for refund. That was my initial request within 15 days of the receipt of my order..The customer rep said that I can return it for refund. I don't think it is my responsibility to contact the manufacturer to get ref...und, when they (indiatimesshopping.com) did not do their homework initially. The problem has evolved as they did not fulfilled their promise in the first place. I want indiatimesshopping.com to clean their own Sh**. I mean solve the problem. I want them to take the item back as promise initially and refund my money.Read More

I am afraid they ever fulfill their promised. The service is not transparent at all. They will let you keep waiting for their service with false promises.
