Yes, there is no transparency. I booked Flat in Clarion , in Month of Jan2010, I was told , possession will be handed over by end of 2011, now it's Feb 2016, more than six year , no clarity when , he will be completing the project. he has not yet received the permission for 13th floor & above . Hard... earned money is blocked since last six years, there is no effort being seen to complete this project.
the blame is being kept on Government not approving CC. why the hell accepted booking for which they have not received CC.
we are being told , Govt office is asking for bribe which is their internal matter .
I suggest not to book any flat with Sheth builders.
