While redeeming your mutual funds, they don't credit redemption proceeds as per settlement cycle having interest free access to investor's funds. In my case, they credited my redemption proceeds after 3 days despite being requested on the day of settlement, made all sorts of excuses that the... funds were received late from AMC. But, later when asked to put on email the time of receiving funds from AMC, the truth was revealed. What all they offered for this delay and lapse is just a 'sorry'! Whether it is issue of intent and/or capability, who suffers is investor only.Read More
