Hi Amateurabe, Thanks for your rating. In fact to be honest, I dont write for these ratings. Typical Indian characteristics are like these in case of a manufacturers- 1 Ignore true R & D 2 Under the name of cost reduction compromise on quality 3 Conduct revisions of the models at the cost of c...ustomers 4 Treat customers like dirt - at least ask the dealers to do that 5 Dont give value for the customers money. 5 Never do benchmarking. They are scared to do that. 6 Always avoid to settle claims under warranty. This company qualifies for this test and hence it is a typical Indian Company. To name other few typical companies - Bajaj Auto. They dont even have a lighting system to focus on the street. Their pollution creating vehicles must have killed thousands of kids by now. This is just an example. Dear NOVISI, I did buy this car because it is an Indian car. But it does not mean that Indian Cars have to be bad. They are to be at par with Intl. cars in all respect. Regarding the RACIST remark, I think on this board there are only two race one the buyer and the second the supplier. And do you think without this remark, the chairman would have taken some action? Have you ever heard the lot of Indicas withdrwan from the market for faulty parts? You will not come accross such incident. If I am insulting Indians so be it. we deserve it. I dont think I can insult a software company like this any way. Dear Dhanu, That is what exactly I mean. Does any one take a chance with his 4 lakh Rs. and then pray god let my Indica be one of those good ones? If you read my message, I have said that their QA has gone to dogs. Their job is to see that all the vehicles are good. Dear Dope, Yes for such products, extinction is the only future. The question is only the time. I did receive the quote for the loaded premium. They have doubled it. There is a Catch 22 here. It means they will insure you only if you do not make acidents and do not claim.
