I've also used Travelguru several times for online hotel bookings and I've never had any complaints. I'm sure there must have been some misunderstanding or miscommunication. Their processes are pretty simple and clear.

I agree! I've used Travelguru many times to book hotels and I've used other sites as well. But I've only ever had a good experience with Travelguru. Plus, the hotel deals on it are so much better than anywhere else.

Travelguru Worst when it comes to refund the money

I think this must be a one-off incident as I've booked on Travelguru tons of times and have always had a good experience. Maybe something went wrong somewhere but as far as I know Travelguru has always been quite transparent and helpful with their processes.
