Travel and Living Channel(TLC) is an American television network, that is owned by Discovery Inc. As the name says this channel provides different programs related to holidaying destinations, exotic cooking, fashion/trends, relationships, travelling etc. I myself love most of the programs and I watch them with my family.
Shows like Cake boss, Bikini destinations, Dare to wear, Project runway, Say yes to the dress, Mini me, Bizarre foods are really entertaining. I watch TLC as the programs are very informative and tell a lot about different parts of the world, unusual food and different cultures. TLC also shows some comedy based shows like kings and queens. This entertaining channel has so many things to offer and we can learn a lot from the shows.
The programs like Say yes to the dress and Curvy brides are my favorite, in these shows we can learn about various kinds of special dresses and wedding gowns. They show how a bride chooses her special dress for the important day. They show plenty of beautiful dresses some of them are really beautiful and carved with embroidery. I came to know about so many fashion tips, about designs and different fabrics from watching these shows.
Curvy brides is also a good series, there are many oversized females who feel shy about their body type and they don’t open up. But now all stylish attires come in bigger/ larger sizes, even thin or fat everyone wants to look stylish. I like the way the curvy sized models showcase the bridal dresses.
I also watch cooking and baking based shows where the contestants have to go through tough challenges to get the points to be in the show. One can learn so many things about cake making, kitchen tips and about food from these programs.
I always like TLC channel where you can spend your luxury time easily. But they repeat most of the shows which can be weary at times. However educational and learning based series are always informative yet mind refreshing.
