Builder and there trap of false commitments

I am flat owner here in this project , since 2015 , I have been promised lot of things well before construction started, they will do lot of commitments on verbally , but in actual things are different e.g. they had committed swimming pool but it is not there , like this lot of things are there . Things which are committed verbally or on the site or brochures , are not mentioned in agreement , also they don't give u agreement before hand , thay call u directly for agreement sign 10min before only ..

Once flat is sold they don't listen to you ..

Poor quality of construction , lot seepage issues, cracks, they don't do allotment of parking , they will keep u in lurch.

No safety measures are there in society, never ending construction , they keep you in dark for lot of things , suddenly they send you 1 mail asking for money , you can go to there site and check the reality

There future projects are under the name of iOS , linux, engineering horizon ..

So don't buy flats or shops there

Otherwise u will be regrating whole ur life .

Now when I am trying to sell my flat also

I am not getting buyer ..
