Review on Unique Poonam Estate Cluster 2, Mira Road East, Thane

Unique Shanti we can call it a joke in constructions industry. A builder with no knowledge about development would say lack of basic understanding. In thane they have built two projects Unique Green and Unique Vista. Both ridiculous projects. Leakage issues construction issues. They are near to get tight slap from public. Don't think they will ever come to Thane again. They are entering development in mumbai (Aukat ke bahar). There are already biy players like Lodha, Rustomjee, Dosti reality. I don't know where this basic builder will stand. They should continue to build project in Mira road and fool people of Mira road. Slowly Mira road public will also show them there real place which is dust. They take 10 - 12 years to complete projects. First they take money from public and keep it in FD to get double and then start development I guess. They really need to go to projects developed by other developer. Take some knowledge which they are lacking.
