I have been living in a rented apartment for a long time with my wife. After having kids, I felt the need to own a flat of my own. Buying an apartment in the main city seemed impossible because of the high prices. But, Puravankara has helped make my dream come true. I bought a newly constructed apartment in one of the huge properties at an affordable price. The best schools, malls and markets are all within a short distance. My kids can easily attend different activity classes within the complex, and I am happy everything they need is within this gated community. I would highly recommend Purvankara to anyone looking for a flat at the best prices!

Invested hard working money in Purva silversand but getting no output from these property. They don't give any fix date for possession and keep moving there dates. They don't understand buyers problem there.

intention is to sale there property with fake commitments.people who have provided there positive comments regarding builder in below comments please don't fool new people. I think you are from purvankara team.

The developer does not have a stable team at Pune. Their central team at Bangalore is also equally unstable and they does not respond even after 100 plus follow ups.

The construction quality is questionable as there is no show case flat ready even after 4 years.

They have nearly zero focus for customers and their voice.

They are onerous in their approach and there is no face to speak to.

Think 100 times before thinking.

I have booked a Flat in Purvankara Emerald Bay in the Month of Oct'20.

I have been told that you will have the Flexibility of Payment. I paid 50, 000/- as the booking amount. At the Time of Booking all the Staff was very co-operative.

After that by some problem we were unable to go further with that Booking and ask them to refund the Booking amount.

But once I cancel the booking no one from the sales team is picking up the Call. From last 4 month I am just doing follow up.

This is the best example of Sales.

Have booked it 3 years ago and possession date changed from Nov'19 to Nov'20 and now there's no possession date. Management doesn't answer the queries, only give stupid diplomatic reasons.

Book only if you want to feel frustrated

Worst builder: Being such a reputed builder I have invested my hard earned money on this project (Purva Silversands Now called as Emerald Bay) in 2016 with a verbal commitment for the possession in March 2020 and written commitment for Nov 2020. Both these dates have come and gone and I have no sight of the possession. Looking at the current state and the milestone achievements, the builder is expected to breach the timelines by at least 2 years with no advance communication to the existing home buyers. New home buyers be aware and think multiple times before investing your money on this project.

Whatever they have talked and shown in presentation and what we saw is far different

How bedroom can be on Entrance of home and why guest bathroom is kept which is too small and not even a good view as well not at all a worth scheme

We closed our selection of ideal place with Silversands. Although there was a small hiccup in initial communication, but we realised that this has to be it. The amount of customer support we received has been really great. Kudos to Mr. Santosh, what a team player he has been. The purchasing process went smoothly, the sales staff was caring and the equipments and amenities are modern. What else does a retired person and his family needed? Spacious rooms and that feeling of luxury is worth investing.

When we booked flat in april 2018 they committed us march 2020 is the final possession date verbally.As per RERA it is nov 21.But they convinced us that at any condition the possession will be at march 2020 month.But now they keep on moving the possession date and taking advantage of covid situtaion.

people please dont become fool by booking flat here'name badein aur darshan chotein-I am regreting my decision to book flat here'

Purvankara just stepped into pune real estate market, though you may be the greatest brands in South but what matters is your attitude and response to the prospect customers which you lack.

Secondly considering the current location its priced very high, infrastructure isn't good either you would be stuck forever in traffic as there seems to be no progress on road extension and god knows when that bridge construction would happen which was the only reason people bought flats here..

Lastly the maintenance costs and the one time legal fee is high to an extent its understood if the maintenance charges are high because of the number of amenities and the lifestyle they are promising something to note in future its gonna be on higher side but they are charging legal charges double the usual amount I dont understand what they are covering that up for..

I visited this property today and did not like it at all . first of all they are too expensive . it’s ok they have name in Bangalore but no one knows them in Pune and considering the delay that they are doing I don’t believe anyone would want to trust them either . The sales person who us through the plan was way too unwilling to sell property and throwing attitude as if Silverlands is the only upcoming project existing on face of earth . project Plan is not appealing . it is way too much delayed already, we don’t know when bridge will come or if it will come or not . and prices are sky high . I will rather invest in riverdale or nayati in same range which will fetch me good appreciation and good Rent too.

My wife and I shifted to our new flat in Bangalore. It’s a Puravankara property, and we are loving our stay here. I had always dreamt of a flat with open spaces where I can relax after a long day at work. This complex offers me everything I need inside it. Whether it is the gym, swimming pool or a clubhouse, I have everything within a lift ride. Even our social life has improved a lot after shifting to the new place as we have more space to host our friends. My friends love coming over and hanging out at our home. This is the best decision my wife and I have taken.

I was looking for a flat near to my kids’ school and found a Puravankara property. We were first hesitant as it was new construction, and we were not familiar with the area. But their customer service was prompt and answered all queries. They gave us the space we needed and not pushed us to purchase a flat right away. We took a month to decide, and we feel it was a good decision for us as a family. After shifting here, we were amazed at how much we were missing. Everything is close by, but there is serenity and peace all around when you are inside the complex. You don’t even realize you are in Bengaluru when you are inside.

I moved to Pune from Mumbai and was looking to buy a house rather than rent. I looked at a few properties, but it wasn’t as modern as I would love. I have heard so many horror stories of people not getting possession from other builders that I was worried. But, the Purva team put me at ease, and they kept their promise. I would highly recommend Puravankara to everyone looking to purchase a flat.

After looking at a few posters of Purva Silversands around the place I live in, my wife and I decided to look at it. We have been looking for a flat but did not want an old one. This property was still in construction and was perfect for us. I loved the swimming pool, open spaces inside, which would be perfect for my son. The team at the site was friendly and answered all questions. We will be going again to see the model flat, but I know this is the best we can find.
