Beware !!! Puravankara codename kharadi plus project also called Purva Atmosphere took my booking amount for a unit which I selected. 2 days later they say that the unit is no longer available. Now when I ask for refund, they are saying it will take 30days and will have to follow their process. Inspite of this not being my fault. They seem to be double booking the units. They should atleast have the courtesy of refunding the amount of they are not able to allocate the booked unit. Pathetic experience. All the teams - pre-sales, sales and CRM talk very sweetly before the sale. Now everyone is either not answering or giving threats that the booking amount is non-refundable. Not sure how to handle this situation. I did not expect this from a reputed builder such as Puravankara.
