Neo City -Car Parking Issue

Review on Pristine Neo City, Wagholi, Pune

I bought a flat in Neo City Phase 3, Building A, with open car parking in 2016. I have written multiple times to the Neo City Maintenance Department to issue a Car Parking Allotment Letter but to date, the Builder has not issued the letter. Upon chasing personally we were shown a space stating that it would be allotted to us(which was quite far from my building) and a letter to that effect would be issued. To date, the letter has not been issued. I hear that the Builder is selling car parking in 3 lakhs to new persons but he has not yet allocated the parking to the owners who purchased the flat in 2016. This is cheating by the builder. Please be wary of this in case you plan to purchase flat in Neo City.
