Microtek Greenburg is One of the best projects I have visited in the last decade if we talk about the class and luxury it is superb and the greenery area is all around the buildings gives it a more classy look. buyers in Greenburg's nature feel the fresh air and which is one of the rare things in Delhi NCR. just love the infra and location.

I had a chance to visit my uncle amidst the lockdown for a long vacation. He has moved into the project. The property was lavish and with all amenities. Exceptional. ??

I am living with my family from last 6 months in Greenberg. The ambiance is exceptional, you can feel the greenery around. Ample amount of space and a prompt servict team makes it even better to live.

They have one of the best properties in New Gurgaon. I have visited them and appeal is excellent. The greenery is enchanting and I love the ambiance. The payment plans are good. Surely gonna buy.

I always want to live near nature but in this huge polluted city my this dream can not be complete but, I visited the Microtek infra project, Greenburg, with one of my friends and I found this is the place which I am looking for. beautiful project and one of the best amenities over here I found my dream home here and want to thank Microtek infra for make my dream come true with Greenburg.

Hello friends, this is the feedback I wanted to write for a long time. Last month I visited my uncle home and I am amazed to visit the super lavish location at gurugram, he lives in Greenberg a lavish project of Microtek infrastructure the perfect ?? place to live a lavish life I enjoyed there the greenery, and the water surrounded area it gives me a feeling of pure nature and a perfect life with nature.

I recommend Microsoft infrastructure once you must visit the property and I believe you like the small city.

So, my parents were planning to have a permanent house in Gurgaon and we came across this project after visiting 50+ properties, we are trying to find the perfect balance of greenery and amenities and we got it here. Everyone at Microtek Greenburg is very supportive. Overall experience was good.

This is a Ready-to-Move property but when you move-in, you will feel like a property under construction.

1) Water Seepage Issue:

There are so many places where seepage is a major concern. Even walls with no water connections showing sign of seepage.

Management Team come and go, like every day multiple times and still the issue stand still.

2) Promised Services/amenities are still pending. There are so many things still pending with the project and it does not justify maintenance charges.

3) NO Auto power failover. Whenever there is a Main Supply power cut, it takes about 3 minutes for power to resume, which is irrirating with multiple failures in a day.

4) Main Gate secruity person are rude while talking to labor/workers and create scene on main gate

5) Builder has'i dont care' atttitude. Once your possession is done, thereafter all the issues goes to management, if they are stuck and builder turn deaf ear for it.

6) Issue with Fittings in toilet. Builder will not address it as owner did not check while taking possession. How is it possible to check all fittings and operations without shifting in and regular use.

I bought a unit and living for 4 months, A much promised product from microtek, the management is going to face a fate like ansals or ireo.Quality issue, no knowledge of civil project and basking in family fortune glory, the egoistic and dictator approach of builder is giving way to any nasty thing to happen anyday in society.Seepage, pipe failures every fortnight, washroom unusable for half of day in summer due to insulation failure, maintenance company being a puppet of builder is giving rise to unpleasant atmosphere within residents. Services compromised and fake promises done for selling, now builder is failing on every front, and they are trying to tweak the system in their interest.The project is un-finished and noise is like a mechanical workshop / factory, continuous drilling and hammering all around.

Buyers - keep away from this project, the work is so shabby that brick and mortar is falling in living area. The confrontation between residents and management including police is going to be common now.

Society is good just because people residing there are nice. Other than that, there are lot many issues in the infrastructure and the open points which were promised when I bought the flat more than 1 year 3 months ago.

1. Parking - It becomes swimming pool with rain of 10 minutes and water keeps on running in the basements for 2 weeks after that,

2. Gas pipe line - Each and every society near Microtek who had given the possession at the same time have the Gas Pipe Line since last 1 year but this project has its own excuses.

3. Helping staff - Colliers is the agency who is handling all the stuff be it electricians, plumbers, carpenters, security staff and others. Few of the members are good rest each and every one is like same. Perhaps, they have started learning from Microtek Management to keep promising and doing nothing. Electricians, plumbers are so bad in their work that they visit 3-4 times for every single work.

4. Continuous leakage of water on the ground floor of almost every tower(other than those which are being used for sample flats).

5. Seapage has been the problem of every flat. Almost all the rooms need rework after possession of 1 month or so. Even the pillars in the basement are not dropping water now but still, nothing is being taken care of.

6. Worst plumbing work I have ever seen. Each and every corner of the society will showcase small swimming pools.

I will never suggest anyone to waste their money and invest in Microtek.

I loved the property specially greenery my relatives & friends come almost every weekend to enjoy here in my apartment

Totally worth it. It's one of the best things that happened to me during the lockdown. We were looking for a house to relocate to stay away from the bustling crowd of the city and we found Greennburg which was developed by microtek and my father instantly wanted the property after visit. Living from last three month and loving it.

I visited the property after the lockdown was lifted as we were planning to buy something before getting married. The Microtek Greenberg property advertised itself as a green paradise and i can say it a really a place full of Greenery. If we talk about the amenities part. All is top notch. Only one thing i would say that it is bit on the outer side of the city but overall its a very likeable property.

This is one of best project I have visited, I visited the Greenburg by Microtek Infrastructure and feel happy that they delivered what they promised I got all the information with the peoples from the Greenburg.

It is the best project in terms of layout design, security, maintenance, hygiene, business, connectivity, and location on the Gurugram. Overall we can say that the Greenburg by the Microtekinfra is the Masterpiece of Gurugram.

Greenburg Microtekinfra is very well connected to the multiple public transportations and other civic facilities. The project has a proper parking space for stakeholders and visiting guests. I just love this.
