At TATA HOUSING LA VIDA, currently there are about 5-10 power outages in a day. This non stop power fluctuation, on a daily basis, damages the devices. This is a long standing problem and nothing is being done. It is not clear when will the substation come up and if even land for substation has been provided. DG is charged at Rs 29/unit and excessive DG usage inflates the electricity bill.

During renovation it was seen that on the walls, there is a POP layer below which there is a plastic mesh and then brickwork. Normally, below POP, there is a layer of cement then metallic mesh then brickwork. Here, there is no cement layer and mesh is plastic and not metallic.

Place is infested with wasps, bees and mosquitos.
