Those families or individuals planning to buy or rent flats, must be aware. The project is very bad, top floor wash basins drainage pipe coming in below flats, leakages all over. There is no water in the kitchen and wash rooms for several hours. Sorry to say, the project is the worst, even the helpdesk not responding to several emails for leakages and not picking up the phone. Very bad management overall. Do not put your hard earned money in this project.

Pathetic Builder, they first trap you under their CRM who doesn't response you at all, there is always one sided communication from their side and without any guilt they will forfeit our whole money.

Read all their documents well before booking and also ask for Agreement soft copy at first and show it to your lawyer if lawyer gives you go ahead then you can go for booking, also make sure you check the original flat before booking, sample flats are just to attract your eyes. Be careful.
