VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SIGMAONE

We have booked a flat in Grandstand Society developed by Sigmaone Landmarks nr Chandani Chowk 4 years back. Even after fighting with the builder for basic amenities like parking, security we have moved very little on this . The parkings are still not alloted, many parking areas have a problem as waterproofing not done properly . He had shown many amenities based on which we have paid the entire lifetime money for buying the flat and now after continuously follow up for last 3 years, there is no commitment on the amenities based on which we had booked the flat. Children don't have an area to play nor any area for senior citizens . The scheme is not at all complete despite all the payments from the existing flatowners paid to SIGMAONE. DESPITE MANY ATTEMPTS IT IS REALLY IRRITATING THAT THE BUILDER IS JUST IGNORING PROVIDING BASIC AMENITIES.
