Building name is Sai Aradhya but more then 50% flat owners are Muslim. This paradise group is such a fraud they should change their brand name Janat group , this is problem with all their projects . They hide everything and just want to sell by hook and crook . Beware

I really wanted to visit but I couldn't due to work but this woman named Megha, Deepa, Pooja idk what's her real name started abusing me on text. You should check if she keeps a spare phone to abuse customers because you're losing your customers because of her

I had booked a flat in Sai World City Panvel in Jan 2016 and I am regretting it. The developer has jazzy office and great salepeople but extremely poor service levels. I was told that the flat will be delivered in 2019 the way the progress is happening but the possession did not see the light of the day will July 2023. I have seen other reviews and I believe I should have looked at these reviews before buying anything from this developer. I have seen 10 different people to interact with in the last 7 years. The developer is completely avoidable. Dont go by the bill boards and marketing. Stick to the known developers.

I recently had the misfortune of working with Paradise Builders to construct an addition to my home. From the sales pitch to the completion of the project, the experience was a nightmare.

The sales pitch gave me a false sense of security. The contractor was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but I should have taken the time to read the fine print. He made sure to avoid talking about the quality of the materials they would use and the time frame of the project.

Once the project began, things went from bad to worse. The materials used were of poor quality and the construction was shoddy. The contractor was rarely on the job site and when he was, he often failed to show up on time. He also seemed to be unfamiliar with the building code and took shortcuts in order to complete the job quickly.

The most frustrating part of the experience was the lack of communication. The contractor was often unresponsive to phone calls and emails. When I did reach him, he was often evasive and unwilling to answer questions.

When the project was finally completed, I was appalled by the results. The workmanship was subpar and the materials were shoddy. I had to hire a different contractor to redo the work.

I would not recommend to anyone who looking for to reconstruction his home.

Excellent infrastructure with great amenities, Conceptualized from 6 different dynasties, it’s clearly a dream come true project for the buyers venturing on their first home property. Based around green lushes, close to metro and an upcoming airport in Ulwe which would be just 15 minutes from the property makes it even more compelling for the buyers to get attracted to the infrastructure. I have bought a property myself and awaiting handover in coming few months.. This property is part of Paradise group and everything about the property is awe inspiring. I highly recommend this property, it’s worth the buy!!!

Many of the projects that have been taken up by the builder are not constructed in some of the most sought after places and flat locations. This needs to be changed and the builder has to set up new flats in the nearby areas so that local accessibility is quicker and more effective.

They keep demamding fees for every small little thing and when the maintenance fee is already so high, I do not see the point in doing this.

There have been many cases where the buyer has not been able to be sure about the rates that are been charged for the area that is given to him. It is in these cases that the buyer should ask for a floor plan which provides appropriate rates.

We were not shown the necessary documents that they needed to have since they plan on constructing a house and this made us very suspicious and we avoided buying a house with them.

There are many people who have found shelters in slums and are under a grave risk of facing serious demolition problems because they have limited to no access to affordable housing in the formal housing market.

The high charges of maintenance fees here really makes me angry every month, especially because they hardly take care of the amenities and facilities that are available here.

Paradise group a reputed builder in Navi Mumbai but they have 50-50 deal with land owners of their project. i.e. they give 50% flats to old land owners& 50% to other buyers. There is total mismatch of type, class, community and leaving standards of this 50-50 devide. You feel frustrated and entirely betrayed by the builder on this account as they never let u know this to u till the time the flat is registered by you.

You never buy a flat in such an expensive nice project to share it with people who are not your type and much below the standards you have of yours and you ever expected in your Expensive Building built by a reputed builder.

Paradise group builders are very good for their logistics and  maintaining the building. If ur looking for luxurious lifestyle then go in for paradise builders very reasonable rates are provided by them. All their building have swimming pool, gym, gaming hub, Library, club house etc but I think u should visit kharghar once and go in for Sai Mannat.

I had booked a flat in Ulwe in 2010 and following are the experiences I have faced so far:

• 3 years delay in receiving possession, even though the contract mentioned Dec'13. Builders response to which was'We were also fed up with the project'

• I was promised by close associate with the builder that I would get wooden floors in master bedroom(specially being treated and brought from South Africa). None was provided. Builders response to this was it was not provided to all 1 bhks but only to 2 and 3 bhks, even though such is not mentioned in his brochure, he didnt wish to be bothered about this any more

-During possession we are facing several problems by Mr. Kumar - Paradise personnel at site, some of which are: improper plumbing works done in above floor resulting in excreta from higher floor dropping into our flat, improper alignments of costly fittings and fixtures ie. poor workmanship which are damaging the purpose of the fittings, uncleaned, debris lying around in flat, leftovers of workers tools(diluted sulfuric acid, broken glass pieces safety hazard found), debris lying around in sliding windows, shoddy workmanship, lots of false promises, rude behavior, personal hindrance by Mr. Kumar in work progress and harassment by Mr. Kumar which is requiring a lot of patience followups with builders office before the problems are getting solved very slowly. Builders associates response to this was'There are 182 flats in the society and Mr. Kumar maybe unable to handle the pressure!'

I am yet to discuss this with the builder as I am focusing on clearing the balance works, feedback to which I will post shortly.

Their building "Sai Pride" in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai is the epitome of cheating. The quality of the building materials is SO BAD that something or the other is ALWAYS breaking down in most apartment and in the common areas, all the time.

The building is just a few months old. Every apartment has paint peeling because of seeping moisture so badly, that the walls look like they have skin cancer. One or both elevators are always breaking down. Each elevator stops functioning 15 times a day, and needs to be reset/repaired often. People have to climb 27 floors!! Parking is severely limited.

The building has 108 apartments and parking for no more than 30 cars. Plumbing is the worst I've ever seen. Pipes rattle, water seeps from everywhere, there are permanent puddles (and moss growing) in most verandas because of permanent drip-drip, bathroom fixtures break down every week and water runaways are tilted INTO the flat instead of outside.

Balconies are stupidly built - rain water collects and drains into the apartment, not out of it. The builders refuse to give permission for telephone/broadband providers to bring their services/wires into the building. Stay away from the Paradise Group Builders properties  You'll buy/rent a lemon and spend your days fixing breaking stuff.
