Review On Kedar Vanjape Developers, Pune

Hi Friends,

I wanted fair and unbiased opinion from some one who are expert in real state market and having some knowledge about land legalities, I tried to discuss this point in other forums as well but did not get response from there so putting it here.

I wanted to discuss about Whitefield project at sus survey number 214/2, pune by kedar vajape and balaji

group. They are claiming that they are developing this project but earlier windows group had agreement with them for purchase of land and they did booking of units for this project, I am also one of the person who did booking in windows group for this project.Though windows group has shifted all the people booked for this project to one of there existing project. As per windows group kedar vanjape etc are not honoring the agreement and they have filled cases against Kedar vanjape group and going ahead for stay order from court against the construction. I was just thinking what could be future of this kind of project, if stay order comes? They have published a caution notice also in prabhat news paper date 21/10/2015 for the same.

Apart from that they have shown us government website link, where it shown that some part of the land belong to some else and  the people who are doing construction is illegal.

What should be our stand in this kind of case?
