Do not entrust your hard earned money with Hero Homes, I had given them EOI of 1 lakh in July, and due to some personal circumstances we could not pursue the deal. I have been following with them for over a month and yet they have not refunded the money.


Their CRM and Sales team is a sham. While taking the EOI they had promised that they would refund in 7 days. This is how they are harrowing the customers. I had entrusted them with the money thinking they are big corporation and would not defraud customers.

CRM doesnt even care to respond or acknowledge. They do all discussion over phone, do not confirm anything on email, and then do not adhere to what they committed.
