Riverdale Grand(property located in Pune) ONE FRAUD BUILDER, I was reviewing this property(3 BHK) from Bangalore connected to their sales guys Shriram Kute and Dhirendra. They were all goody during booking, I paid the token amount(Rs. 50, 000) from Bangalore itself all based on trust by virtually looking at the property. However, I had to cancel it for some financial reasons and when I asked for the refund, they said no straight away, I requested them to take 2% to 5% as penalty, but the answer was NO. As per Maha Rera, builder can charge for cancellation penalty only if you have signed Performa Allotment letter, which in this case I did not. Riverdale sales head Mr. Anil Verma was reciting some company policy, had a verbal spat, they mentally harassed me, even bullied me and my father-in-law to throw us out of the property. I would urge others, please beware of such fraud builders. They will eat your hard-earned money. THEY DONOT FOLLOW RERA. I am going to consumer court. THINK BEFORE BOOKING IT.

Booked a flat in Riverdale Grand after visiting other projects in Kharadi and Hadapsar. What I liked the most was the vibe, it didn't feel overcrowded or overdesigned. The team answered every query with clarity and patience. Their approach to community and design is what made me go for it.

Were first-time homebuyers and chose a Duville property. The paperwork was clear, no hidden costs, and the bank loan process was smooth. I appreciated how the sales team wasnt pushy at all, gave us space to decide. Timely handover was done.

We booked in one of their projects, Riverdale Grand, mainly because we heard good things about their past delivery record. The sales team didnt make any flashy promises, just gave us straight answers, which was refreshing. Still under construction, but feels like were in good hands.
