I am lso invested in CHD Resortico project in Sohna. Construction has stopped and not started by builder citing lack of funds as a reason. I also want to join any whatsapp group of buyers to resolve this issue with builder.

It's an altogether fraud company. Took public deposits from us and the amount was due to be returned on Aug 2019 till date Sep 2020 the company has not returned back a single rupee. All the cheques recd from the company have bounced and I'm trolling everyday to get my money. The owner Gaurav Mittal is a complete fraud person. Please please don't put a single rupee in this company. They take up your money and then don't return it back nor reply to legal notices and only have bouncers on reception who don't let you in.

It was the biggest mistake of my life to invest in such poor company. CHD DEVELOPERS IS A FRAUD COMPANY.

I booked a 1BHK unit in Nov 2003 in a pre-launched offer. About 7 years, no progress/possession has been done, so kindly add me to the WhatsApp group, my mobile no. is. 971767xxxx.

This is total fake commitments company is real estate. Neither returns your money nor giving possession. Moreover every employee is trained as a cheater and showing they are helpless. Employees shows that company don't have any money, that is unable to pay salary of staff also. They think only they are the best by giving this type of foolish examples. If company is not able to pay the salary then why all fools are stills working there. One side they commits company do not have funds to return the money another side they shifts to their new office, by cleverly saying without funds company moved to Gurgaon location from New Delhi. I booked a unit in Nov 2013 in pre-launched condition. At that time company commits for 3 year for possession but now 6 years has been done, they are stilling living in the air. I made cancellation request of this flat in April 2017 but till date I have not received a single return from this company, while I am in touch by calls and regular visits to their office. Whenever we visits, foolish employees are trained like a parrots they only told company don't have funds. If company don't have funds or they are not able to take possession they this CHD Developers are fake and scammer. A big cheater company, suggest you to not to take any investments with this company. I also tired up by requesting my money last six years, But nothing works, all are dumb and deaf here. Humanity word is missing in that. Request not to invest there which includes CHD words with that.
