Bptp Astaire Gardens impressed me for how well it is run day to day. Common areas are clean, lifts work smoothly, and the security team is polite and alert. The clubhouse actually hosts regular activities, so weekends dont feel dull. Its a joy to live here and im so glad that I do you know. Bptp properties are generally reliable and knowing Kabul Chawlas vision, things give me some peace of mind about maintenance.

Visited BPTPs Amstoria in Sector 102 last week and I'm pretty impressed. The location alone sold me. Its close to Dwarka Expressway so theres easy highway access and the area is expanding itself in terms of develpoment. Saw the plans and layout and everything looks well thought out. Knowing that Kabul Chawla at the helm, I trust it very much. Seriously considering booking and moving here right away.

BPTP Park Serene in Gurgaon has a clean layout and quiet community vibe. Basic shops and clinics are nearby, and common areas look well-done. It's a BPTP development and with the BPTP Owner's focus on quality and living which I got to know after a bit of research, I am very sure that Ill be staying here for the long haul

Went to see BPTPs Astaire Gardens and it feels sooo right for families. There are quite a few schools nearby which means less time spent in travelling. The parks and roads inside look decent, clubhouse seems to get used. Having read a lot about Kabul Chawla's leadership, I'm sure maintenance won't be an issue.

BPTPs Amstoria in Sector 102 works, in my opinion, because of how well they are placed. Wide approach roads, easy access to Dwarka Expressway, and daily needs within short drives make it practical. Street-side options for groceries and services are growing around the project, which is useful. I liked what Kabul Chawla, the leader and BPTP stands for so being here would be really nice.

Parklands park genration by bptp made sense to me practically speaking, Enter and exit are straightforward, parking planned and security looks for organized. Knowing that kabul chawla is the bptp owner and seeing the property first hand really played a part in putting this on my shortlist

Visited BPTP’s GAIA Residences last weekend and honestly, I loved it so much. My kids loved the play area and the green spaces actually felt like green spaces. Security setup seems solid too - they've got proper protocols at the gate. I'd been reading through some BPTP reviews before visiting and I'm glad to say it lived up to what people were saying. Seriously considering moving here

I booked a flat in 2010 in BPTP project in sector-37D, Gurugram(Gurgaon) and paid over 95% of the flat price. Till date in 2025 they didn't delivered my flat.

BBA of BPTP is completely one sided in favor of BPTP.

At the end they increased the price of the flat by 40%-50% in the name of "escalation cost, increased super area etc. etc."

And now harassing me for the last so many years in the legal case.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO BPTP. IN RETURN YOU WILL GET TRAPPED LIKE ME.

STAY AWAY FROM BPTP.

I dont think bptp is any less than a fraudster. They ask for full payment on offer of possession and yet there is no possession for 3 months.

BPTP is not a builder but an extortionist. Blatant lies, no commitments.

Asking to sign unreasonable documents, giving any stupid reasons to cover up their incompetencies.

This is with reference to your query of interest, kindly note that Due date was 27-July-22 but TDS deposited on 04-Aug-22. so interest got levied, Pls share the Payment details of the BPMS payment, all payments needs to be cleared to enable us to issue the FIT OUT NOC.

Just because TDS payment was delayed and that too by a week, I was asked for interest payment. What the hell is that.

Worst customer service, rude staff. Apathetic and pathetic staff
