Staff is non cooperative took token money and we are not getting loan from bank and they are not making the refund.

Horrible is the only word which comes to mind while you think about them, They dont pick your phone after sale deed is over, They will not respond to your querries and you will feel like humiliated as none of your problem is addressed. They trap you with their oily tongue and later will dupe you of all your hard earned money

A few Days back I was visited ATS Derabassi Sales Office to study 3 BHK Flat there. After visiting there I met salespeople, they are very professional & polite. They explain to me each and everything. I really like it. Now in May, I was booked a flat for us. I am very happy to be a part of ATS Derabassi.

Hey Guys, Today I am share about ATS Infrastructure, Dera Bassi. I had a very bad experience at ATS Infra, Dera bassi. Due to shifting of work on Chandigarh. I planned for 2 BHK flat so I intacted with ATS. And I know their Behavior. Before payment to them they are very polite to you and explain everything about their plans. But when you payment is received they cut your calls.

They are really typical builders, I have ever seen and they work as fake organisation or industry and totally fraudsters. Their skills is to make fool of people and many one being fooled by them . Because he gave them a contract and they can't fulfilled on my relative expectations and developming a rough building and demand a huge money as in starting deal and their authorities also not help us not engage with them to cone on a right decision their Building designed is not ok and their only aim to attract many one foolish peopl's or earn a huge amount of money to fulfill their goal.

Before Payment to them they are very polite to you and explain everything about their Plans . But when you Payment is recieved they cut your calls .

Staff is Very lazy . You have to wait for hours even to discuss minor issue with them . There is no cooperation from them . just Money making project they made .

I got my Flat After three years means 2 years after time line . thats a Huge late .

I dont want to do defamation but you should not Lie to your customer .Otherwise no body will rate you positive ever .

Ats infrastructure, dera bassi is builders. builders works are check every buildings material quality and also check that labour works and labour health and labour who complete the works they are in good health. if a building or infrastructure completed the cost of labour clearly then this is good.
