Booked a flat with Antriksh Urban Greek - Dwarka, L Zone, Delhi in 2015 and paid almost 11 lakhs within 3 months of booking. After that boom.they just went quiet, no updates and no answer to calls/mails/messages


I realised that the project wasn't even RERA registered and they had not even acquired land for the project


Also they changed their office without any intimation to their customers


Probably never intended to complete this project or even start it


Completely fraud.actually criminals

We invested in great project called Antriksh


Urban greek, L zone Dwarka, cheating started the moments we paid them 20% 16lac Around in July 2015, nothing in ground even after 9 Yrs, in mean while they told to redirect fund in Antriksh golf address in sec 150 Noida..we listened and their cheating extended, as this project also went for pause, it is in same state as prev 2-3 yrs. Money stuck for 9 plus yrs

Taken Booking a Flat in Antriksh Urban Greek on Nov 2015. But, nothing progress seen for this project in respect of article 20 of the agreement. So, contact personally to refund the amount. They are not readily agreed refund. In case of refund, that will be on instalment as they are facing about liquidity of the booking amount. Where gone our booking many.
