When you are promised a modern-day housing complex, you will always look at a luxurious house that offers comfort and luxury at its best. This new project is the complete opposite of a modern-day housing project. To start off with, this project lacks quite a few amenities that have become a necessity for the current generation of homebuyers. It also does not have a well-planned car parking zone which makes things even more inconvenient. The entire plan and design do not go hand-in-hand which makes this project very unattractive. Not satisfied at all with the features that are offered by this housing project.

One of the most important factors while booking a home is checking if the builder is genuine and has a good history. In the case of Adhiraj Constructions, you do not have to worry about that. They are very genuine and I have had a great experience dealing with them. I just moved into a new house that I had booked through them and I must say, the entire housing complex is really good and the house is also very spacious. Thanks to Adhiraj Constructions for helping me find a great new home.

Well connected to schools and other commercial places nearby. Overall a good project with all the amenities. I had booked in the phase 1. Finally this new year will be moving too our new home.

I had booked in 2012 in Samyama but I haven't got possession yet. There is also a big difference between the amenities shown and provided. The builder has only given assurance to give possession from the last 2 years. The Infrastructure is not even ready yet, i.e., water tank, internal road, fire exit. Do not invest in this Property

They are pathatic . its been 4 years they took our servces n participated in one event n never paid for the sam e. one year we did the follow ups with 3 employess . they make fool out of the people . bad image in the industry itself . kindly dont fall into the trap
