These guys are worst frauds. they are organised to just cheat people. the fraud starts at the top with Santosh Pawar and wife Priya Pawar. Both are professional cheaters. they have assembled a team of senior frauds headed by Vijay Sarode and his sidekick Deepali. And there Fraud laywer Vrushali who despite being a lawyer is a part of this scheme. She too will soon face the law. They will keep postponing everything once they have received the payment. So my advice to people, if you have paid the partial money, STOP here are seek a refund. If they have paid Full amount, get the agreement registered immediately. Immediately SEEK LEGAL HELP to get this done and get the 7/12 done. No matter what they will not give you the possession. Dont run behind them for possession IMMEDIATELY initiate legal proceeding against these people. I too have joined a group of people who have lost a massive amount of money collectively. these guys are absolutely notorious. WORST PEOPLE, STAY SAFE and START with LEGAL Process Immediately. Dont hope for anything from these people.
