Don't buy paramount !!

I have had the misfortune to purchase a Paramount property. Customers should beware.

First of all their architecture is faulty. The whole process is cumbersome as they charge more and levy penalties on baseless pretext. They delay possession unless you pay their willed amounts. The work never gets completed.

If that is not enough their maintenance completes the woes. It is the costliest maintenance in the region. They even charge extra for club house maintenance. No water, no intercom, construction failing, door locks not working. They appoint a maintenance agency who rules as per will and then they play the game of passing the buck. All leads to residents frustration who have to resort to dharnas.

Some customers are thinking of taking the matter to consumer court. Prospective customers should be careful and think thrice before going for Paramount Property.
