This is a project started by Varun developers on AB road, Aundh. They are providing residential flats at very attractive prices.

My father bought a apartment on 4 floor. I actually don't know the total carpet area of flat but it's quite big. It's a 3BHK apartment.

Every room has their own Bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is quite spacious and full furnished. There is balcony in 2 of the rooms.

The hall is the most spacious one. The tower has lift installed with a man there 24×7 apart from the watchman. Actually this flat costs my father about 75 lacs. I just love this apartment because every modern amenities are there. If you are looking for residential apartment just have a look at this place.
