I purchased a plot in BBG True Residency(Bakurapalem/Anandapuram) and paid amount in full. Its been a long time, yet the developer has not registered my plot despite repeated follow-ups.
Communication from the company has been poor and unprofessional, and every time I contact them, I only get vague assurances with no action.
I trusted this project because of their marketing and promises of clear titles, but my experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I am still waiting for proper registration of my plot.
Buyers should be very cautious and ensure all legal documents are verified before making any payment.
