The overall living experience in this society is extremely disappointing due to very poor construction quality and lack of maintenance. There is no proper road connectivity, and the structure appears to be deteriorating day by day. Common area lights often remain non-functional for 34 days, making the surroundings unsafe and uncomfortable. Despite charging high maintenance fees, the facilities provided are almost zero, and the maintenance team shows no accountability or urgency in resolving issues. The condition of the building and services clearly reflects negligence from the builder and management, and immediate intervention is needed before the situation worsens further.
