Cheap construction, try to drill one wall and you will come to know the quality of concrete they use. They will use low quality woods for the doors, will not complete the building within the specified time. After sales service is damn bad.

Our experience has been bitter with this brand. Not trustworthy. Builder has done very bad after sale service, not approachable and not acting in best interests of residents. Won't trust them to be reliable in any way.
