I m a resident of Mira bhayander .. deciding in one of the RNA builders complex names N.G valencia. This builder is never worried about the residents problems thought it's a newly constructed building. There are lot of issues in society none of them are taken care off past 6 months. It's a trust issue with the builder because they have kept such staff in his office who doesn't even listen to the concerns for there own newly constructed building. Builder is just done wid building homes and not bothered for the rest of facilities and necessary services which should be provided by him.

I bought a flat in NG paradise fir which i had paid me dues on time. Its been more than a month, builder did not give me the keys yet. The work that was promised is not completed and whatever work they have done is of worst quality. Their contractors and employees are rude once the payment is completed. (Do no agree on paying full amount until builder completes the work he promises) no one answers the call and if they do, they will insult you with a disconnect and they wont even bother about it. Last 20 days i have never seen a single builder worker working in my flat and whenever, i call the suoervisors, they will just say, i will talk about it to a cocerned team and disconnect (i have never, mind you never beenable to finish my conversation in one call to any one) as if theyjust wait for us to take breather while we are talking and as soon as they get an opportunity, , , , boooom mai baat karega and your call is disconnected. This tes talks a lot, but no work. I have been listening for 49 days now kaa dus din maikhatam hoga, 4din maikahtam hoga, 2 din ai khatam hoga, but nothing happens. Jatin buai is sweet whe he was selling us the flat, now he doesnt even answer our calls, Rahul is the engineer on site, this southee is most of the time missing with innovative reasons everytime. And contractor does his work without any supervision as per his wish, no work was done in front of me i dont understand why. All in all its a pathetic after sales service. Please save yourself of this stress. Please find the image of wall with seepage after the work is done. The wall is inside the house, and the seepage occurred without rains.

Someone suggested that I should buy a house by RNA Builders but I wasn't very sure. My friends suggested I visit one of their buildings before making the decision. The buildings are very innovatively designed and are equipped with everything that is needed for a modern lifestyle. I think I will go for it.

Yesterday, I was invited by my office colleague to his new home and that is how I got to visit the apartment by RNA NG Builders. I liked how these buildings have been planned and designed with all modern amenities. They have not compromised on any aspect. I really liked the house.

As a flat buyer, I always look for flats that are closer to nature. That is what attracted me to the buildings by RNA NG Builders. The buildings appear to have all the modern amenities. We have been researching multiple options and may buy a flat by RNA NG Builder if it falls in our budget.

When I was invited to attend a Pooja in my best friend's house, I wasn't aware it would be such a nice apartment by RNA NG Builders. I visited and found it had all the modern amenities. The apartments and the parking space was decent sized. I liked the place very much.

I have heard that one cannot rely on hearsay when it comes to purchasing flats in Mumbai. That is why I personally visited a few buildings by the most modern construction companies and builders. I particularly liked the way in which RNA NG Builders have come up with constructing homes close to nature with all modern amenities.
