Bad Experience and Poor Construction Quality

Builder had promised to complete all pending works and claimed to have used quality materials for construction. Offlate its observed the builder used inferior material towards the project and The building has developed cracks all over within 2 years of construction and still society is facing Water issue and everyday we have to order water tanker.Past 3 years we are facing water issue and using tanker water for daily use.swimming pool is under maintenance since 3 years when we had taken possession.


Its club house is too small to accomodate 10 people also for Gym and Indoor games when we have 260 flats in society.Library promised 3 years back and still builder has not delivered.I can say builder has cheated with customer over fake promises and Poor construction quality.

I have booked this FLAT in Dec 2014.

  1. When I booked this flat with so much hope but everything got Vanish, at the time booking they mention below things

. Project will be completed by 2016


. My Flat is Garden facing, that time it was under construction so I believed them.


. After Booking when ever I requested for Registry, they have gave excuse. and finally I force in 2019 they did it and asked to come and sign just documents.


. Now when building is completed, when I checked my flat its not garden facing, when I reported this, they are not agreeing to this, when I called that person who has shown me the flat when I visited atleast 5-6 times when it was under construction, he said yes I was showing garden facing flat and sales team told him that their flat is garden facing.


. Now they are saying mistake is happen with us sir which cant be change, you should have also seen in Registry paper, see who they are doing
