What categories are listed on MouthShut?
Currently, MouthShut covers 18 categories comprising thousands of products and services
available in India and abroad. From 'Automobiles' to 'Travel',
our list comprehensively covers products and services that you as a consumer may
have used at a given point of time or are planning to use. This list is constantly
updated. Our research team keeps on continuously adding new products and services
as and when they are introduced into the market.
In its early days, MouthShut.com helped members redeem MS points for cash. However,
as a matter of policy, MouthShut has stopped the redemption of points since December
2001. An e-mail to the effect was sent out to existing members.

How do I locate a product on the site?
Just go to 'Search', type in the name of the product or brand,
and click on 'Search'. Your desired product would be displayed without
any delay.

Where do the reviews come from?
The reviews are written by people like you, who are members of our site. They share
their experiences, their opinions and freely give their advice, so that other people
