What is the M2M feature?
MouthShut enables its members to make friends with their peers. The M2M feature
helps you to email other members, expressing personal views.

But I do not have their email addresses.
You need not have the e-mail addresses of other MouthShut members. They are stored
with us. All you have to know is the MouthShut ID of that particular member whom
you want to send e-mail to and post the message in 'Send E-mail'.

How does anyone unsubscribe so as to stop receiving mail from you?
To unsubscribe, all you need to do is go to your Personal Profile page, then go
to 'Edit my Profile', and finally go to the 'Communicate with
Other Members' and select 'NO'.

Can I provide hyperlinks to my review?
We understand that there may be a need to provide hyperlinks to reviews, but as
a matter of policy, MouthShut does not permit the same. However, to underline the
importance of certain words and phrases, MouthShut does allow you to use Bold or
Italics.

When I want to write a review, and the page for the review opens, I cut
and paste my already written review. However when I press the submit button, I am
coming back to the same page, but without the review this time. I tried to upload
the review without a few fields, and it is showing the errors correctly. However
when all the fields are completely filled, and submitted, then I don't get a page
which I usually should get seeing my review with spelling mistakes highlighted.
What is happening? Please advice.
This could be because you are exceeding the 7500 characters-per-review limit. The
review length should not exceed more than 7500 characters. Although the word count
is less than 7500 characters in your case but there are few ASCII and control characters,
which are neither counted nor visible. This makes the review longer than the upper
limit.
Please edit your review till it actually comes under 7500-character limit.

What is the significance of Pros and Cons while writing a review?
'Pros' and 'Cons' are terms, which the reviewer
can use to succinctly highlight those features of the reviewed product or service
that he either likes or doesn't like. 'Pros' refer to its positive
features and 'Cons' to the negative.

I want members to read the reviews that I have just edited. However, they are not displayed on the homepage nor under 'Recent Reviews'. What do I do?
Edited reviews cannot reappear in the 'Recent Reviews'. You can, however, send M2M messages to all those members whom you wish to read the edited version of your review.
