Meaning of Meditation


People sometimes confused with the word of Meditation and due to confusion they correlate meditation with the Gym Exercise or or other physical exercise but Meditation is something different which involves or includes exercise of mind sense to keep mind awake .


Meditation involves lots of activities done by the person himself or herself which are as follows;




  1. To make mind awake a person himself /herself do activities like thinking,reading books, writing sentences, speaking words from mouth slowly in the inner soul to keep all senses fit and fine and so that senses should not forget their way of doing activities .




  2. To make mind awake a person himself /herself focus on god's mantra or name in the inner centre of the mind by imagination .




  3. To make little bit of mind exercise by having oil massage on head to make head strong .






That's why God & various knowledgeable people say that meditation is boon to the people to meet the God and to fight against enemies and person's enemies will never become more powerful than a person himself /herself .


So to conclude I want to say that I the chief content author & writer of the organization-The AH Basic Company who is writing this blog have already adopted this meditation exercise to become more powerful than my enemies and appeal to whole world too also to adopt this of exercise of mind that "What we call as Meditation " .
