Meaning of Quality Time Spent
As you know there are various types of time spending spent by everyone by their own life . Some are as follows;
Time spent while working in office, Time spent while studying in the school and colleges for taking knowledge while taking education during their education taking time . Mostly at every sphere of time of Humanbeing's life every human being or person always seen as taking knowledge at anytime even after completing his basic and higher education either while doing work learning new methods of doing work to achieve their targets because learning and taking knowledge is an integral part of our life without which we cannot work .
Time spent while playing games and others but the question arises here out these time spent by anyone "where the quality time resides in them?" and the other question arises "what is the meaning of quality time spent? so here is the answer as per my opinion(where my here means the opinion of the Author who is writing this blog) the Quality Time Spent means the time which is spent by oneself with his own inner soul,Mind the Knowledge which he or she has which resides in his body in Intangible form in which the Neutral God Resides alone by taking to him/her,this is the first form of quality time spent by spending this he or she can sought out his problem by meditating by focusing on his mind from inner side by closing eyes and seeing the god and god name from inside and the other form of quality spend is taking care of one ownshelf either yoga o make fit all the body senses and the other form of quality time spend is with the family who loves and cares you and such arises only when family loves and cares you otherwise not .
So,to conclude Quality Time Spent means spending time on our ownshelf for making fit and correcting ourshelf either it physically through body senses or by mentally through inner soul .
