I am a regular PVR visitor, and always book my ticket on web. But since the time they have started icici 3d gateway verification I have bee really frustrated with the website for movie booking. The gateway does not respond for several attempts and causes my creidt card accounts to be locked. This has happend several times and there is not response from PVR customer care despite of repeated emails.
