Part 2 - Aircel Chennai - Without any Nodal/Apellate A

Continued from Previous Diary..........


So having no option to contact the exact designated nodal officer other


than bogus ones and the security guard who has become the nodal officer


for aircel and having been refused to give the details of the Appellate


authority the option to redress issue through Aircel, I made a


complaint to TRAI who is the next authority in this issue through


email.


In the mean time on 02/02/2010 at around 18:00 hrs I received an sms


acknowledgement from Aircel stating as "Dear Aircelite, Kindly allow us


to respond by 04-FEB-10, for your SR no 1-1623826191. It's our pleasure


to serve you".


So on the next day i.e. on 03/02/2010 to know why I havnt received the


sms acknowledgement for other three complaint which was made on the


same day. This time one Ms. Indumathi TL came on line and told that she


will look into the matter and will also arrange for a call back which


didnt happen till evening of the same day.


By this time I was intimated by mr.ramesh that mr. arul murugan of


arumurugan stroes had contacted him and has said that since we have


registered a complaint on aircel executives the number will not be


released and he also had asked him to submit fresh document. But when


mr. ramesh asked him what happened to the documents already submitted


and their whereabout he has refused to give information and reiterated


that since we have made a complaint on their executives he only has the


option of submitting fresh documents which raises the doubt of misusing


documents by Aircel for some mysterious/shadowy purposes


so I again contacted 121 to know the status of the acknowledgements


which I should have received from aircel. One Mr. Ramesh came on line


and since he was unable to answer my queries he asked persmission to


transfer the call to mr sasikumar tl. since I have already registered a


complaint on mr. sasikumar I specifically told him not to transfer the


call to mr. sasikuma. but the same was tranfered to mr. sasikumar who


started an argument with me and when I refused to speak to him because


of my complaint against him and asked him to transfer the call to some


other responsible person or his superior. but he kept insisting me to


reveal the detail of my complaint and when I refused to divulge the


information he abruptly disconnected the line.


So having not resolved my problem I again called 121 and one mr.


Muthamiz came on line and after customary explanations the calls were


transferred to one Mr. Srinivasan, TL who after explaining all the


rules regulation and he agreed to book two more new docket one for not


receiving sms acknowledgements and one on mr. sasikumar who blocked me


from reaching his superior and put me on hold.
